How to Best Utilize Training Blog Archives.

Happy New Year ! In 2009 I will be posting new fresh training tips. Like "How to Raise up Apprentice Leaders", "Sponsors and Accountability Partners" and "Effective ways to utilize the Advanced Leadership Training Guide; Modular 1, Evaluating your Ministry, Modular 2, Evaluating your General Meeting night and Modular 3, Forming your T.E.A.M.

In the meantime, don't let 2007 and 2008 training tips fade away. Tucked away in the archives are written topics specific to Step Study Group, 4th Step & 5th Step, Open Share Group, General Meeting Night, and Small Group Guidelines that you will not find in the ALT Guide. I purposely write about various ministry subjects and dynamics not found in the ALT Guide. As your ministry grows so will your training needs. To get the most out the blog’s simply go back and print out all of the archive postings, 3-hole punch, and place in your ALT Guide under the corresponding modular as you prepare for your leader trainings/meetings you may reference this material as needed.
